@@jhennsanttos888 yo realmente fui a esa clinica por el , no me importo nada mas , es verdad que el personal de alante no es bueno , pero la asistente del doc , la anestecista y la encargada de los papeles son un amor , de la coordinadora ni nunca la conoci ni me llamaba cuando necesitaba ni nada pero adentro ya es otra cosa , yo estoy feliz , olvida los demas lo importante es el que sin dudas es el mejor , suerte 😜

None of those women needed a BBL. Lipo, fine. A bbl, no. I had lipo on my abs and waist. My doctor hit the key area and it made my butt look nicer. I was wondering why he was in that area during surgery, but I trusted him so I kept quiet and I'm happy! #nobbl

@@iamsaygo Last January’s Olán was canceled I did not have any procedures done my surgery went as canceled due to too much internal fat and Doctor William advised not to combine my procedures and to start with the ETT and lipo do I rescheduled for this January 2024 which I took a while Year to work on myself and my lifestyle I definitely took my health as a priority and I’m so glad my surgery was canceled although I was distraught and cried after being examined by Dr. William I Remember the look he had and told me very honestly that I need to lose more weight and I did end up losing 22 more lbs and my surgery was a go just 4 days ago im extremely happy with my results and my recovery has been so good im so comfortable and almost in no pain the incision looks great Dr. William did an amazing job on my back and sides I’ve been getting lymphatic draining massages and let me tell you the lady who’s massaging me has the most amazing healing hands and energy. For a 48 yr old lady im bouncing back from this Surgery like a 20 year old 🤭 Thank you Dr. William and staff y’all are so amazing ❤️

😮No…!!! my dr left me square now I have to pay more to fix it I have no square but I have a square back. New stretch marks and cellulite all new from surgery 😞 I’m fit and exercise before and after and I’m going through a whole new phase of emotions from this surgery.

Bc i have seen lots of girls that get really fat arms or double chins after a couple of years they get lipo. Also Dr, i want to say your work is really beautiful. How soon after tummy tuck and lipo 360 can you have any other surgery? Maybe revision lipo or a Bbl and what can be done if I already have hips and a big bum but it’s droopy. I don’t want to add fat but have it look rounder and more lifted

Yes. I do a lot of lipo with my tummy tucks so I always use drains. A long time ago everyone used drains and then it became popular to not use drains about ten years ago and now I think the pendulum has swung back where more of us are using drains. I am one that uses drains. There is a lot of fluid and I think it slows recovery not to get the fluid out so I like to use drains.
