This exercise bike is one of my favorite pieces of home exercise equipment after a total knee replacement. It is inexpensive, light weight, and versatile. You can use it multiple times a day for short durations. I always recommend starting with less than you think you can do then working your way up to longer episodes. Most people respond better to 4 short episodes of 3-5 minutes rather than 1 long episode of 20-minutes.
How do I know if I did too much?
If you experience more pain and soreness the same night or the next morning you did too much. You should feel good when you do it. You should stop before you feel like you need to stop.
