Best Low Roller Craps System is a craps strategy using a pass line bet and then placing either 3, 2, or 1x odds on the point depending on the number. This craps strategy is called the 3-2-1 craps strategy. The strategy also calls for placing the remaining inside numbers that are not covered after the point is established. If after a couple place wins the point has not been hit, you turn your place bets off and wait for either the point to hit or 7 out.

Sounds like two different times the wife and I played. Both started with a simple hundred bucks. Couple of hours later we combined for over $2k. Pass line, double odds, and two come bets with 2x odds. Nice being on a couple of hot tables and helps that we hit a few “sucker bets” we threw out for fun.

WOW! From 17:20 - 19:05 every roll hit the field. If you put down $10 on the field and pressed each of the eleven rolls, you would have won $20,480! Yeah, I know, you never know when the streak is going to start, or end. And that’s why they have table limits. Great vids. Keep it up!

Just because I'm a low baller, I'm going to say that color up was my intro to craps. I said, "ok Google, how do I play craps?" I was sent here. I watched the iron cross, tried it, won $360 on a $100 br. Since then, I've learned more, watched a lot of his videos, and won a lot on them. While personally, I think he's not a shooter, he's got good money management skills, and really does play the strats as close as possible. He's won me more than I've lost, and I'm grateful for his education!

Definitely a good strategy. I would make it a little bit better by adding the 4 and 10 ONLY if one of those numbers are rolled AFTER making 1 point, and then still keeping the strategy the same by going for 3 box hit numbers and then turning them off until you make your point or seven-out!

I've been giving the 3-2-1 strategy some lengthy trial runs in practice, following the system exactly as played in this video, with mixed results. It seems to me that this strategy is one best used if you have have a starting bankroll of at least $300. With the strategy of covering all the inside numbers, as well as the funding of the occasional 4 or 10 at point, the total bet is going to be $32 to $36. To me, that's a lot to be wagering only to have it all instantly wiped clean by a 7. I've started new games on quite a few occasions where I've completely set up the inside numbers and then promptly sevened-out 3 times in a row. At that point, I'm already down at least $96 from my starting bankroll of $360 (like in the video). That's a tough hole to dig one's self from only 3 rounds into play. It seems if you have the wherewithal and patience to endure these unfortunate 7-outs (that WILL happen) at the start of play, (again, at least $300), great, but if you have anything much less than that, to me the $32-$36 bets are a bit risky. I will note that I have used this strategy on a online craps trainer that is seemingly notoriously difficult to break even with, and starting with a bankroll of $100, I netted $430. All in all, I think the "immunizing" the place bets from the 7 after rolling 2 or 3 of them is a good strategy.

I tried this system yesterday with just $60. Unfortunately there weren't any $5 minimum tables active, which presented a dilemma. I've never played craps live before so I was a bit intimidated to use just $10 bets using such a small amount to start. The dealers were very helpful and encouraging so I gave it a shot. Glad I did!! So sticking with the 3-2-1 system, I walked out of the casino with $324!! Thanks!!

I actually use this strategy. When I'm low on funds. $25 on 4 5 9 and 10, $30 on 6 or 8. I never thought about doing three or two times odds on the back side of the pass line like that. My favorite is to do Martingale strategy with craps. And then regress once I made previous money back. For example if I lost the 36 across I would have enough to win $36 on the first roll which is about $30 on the 5 6 8 & 9. Sometime 4 and 10 I would put 20 each. That's my strategy but it requires more of a bankroll. If you lose on the second attempt you can either double that up or regress and try again.

I play a variation of this. For a five dollar table, $5 on pass. When point is established $30 in the don’t come. Whatever the point is for pass I’ll go 3 2 1 odds just like this and then place min bets on inside numbers. $5 in the come every roll and then go. It’s pretty low risk with the only real scary roll being to establish the don’t come.

Another fun strategy. Even more so a good demonstration of “turning off” bets in a live roll. The other (inadvertent) lesson is to always watch your bets for dealer error and if you see it stop the play immediately and ask for a correction. They have video and can review to ensure proper payoff. I have never had this happen at craps but was at a roulette table once where the dealer missed the payout on my bet 3 times. Each time i politely stop and said, “excuse me, but i was never paid on my bet”. They did a 15 second review and i got “very sorry sir, here you go.” In craps i can see the off place bet being dealer collected, as the dealer gets in a rhythm and the “off” bet changes that rhythm. Just be polite and kindly ask for a correction.

My go to strategy, after buying in at $500, is playing the pass line and if the point is 6 or 8 play 5x odds (casino I go to allows up to 10x) i usually start off at table minimum of $10 then and add $5 to my bet for every $100 I get into the green, but don't go over $25. I'm not a high roller and am just learning to play the game. Unfortunately, the craps tables are a new game here at the Tampa Hard Rock (they just opened them two months ago) so because of the newness, most of the tables are $25 minimum - especially on the weekends. If you go early during the weekdays you can find a $15 table or two, but they're almost always crowded. Hopefully, the newness wears down and we can get at least one $10 minimum table. People I've talked to said that it most likely won't happen for at least another year, if at all.

Enjoy your videos... I tried this last week in Vegas. Funny enough did real well with it on the Bubble Craps machine, doubled money. Tried it at actual table, came out down. I don't think that makes the strategy bad, just proves like everything -- it's all gambling. When dice is working, it's working. I was kind of thinking though, wonder how a 1-2-3 no pass system might work on the reverse? hmmm

Color Up I like your Craps videos. Very fun, entertaining, and informative. The problem with this strategy that I can see is this.... You're risking way too much money out there on the table. You got the pass line bet, odds bet, and place numbers. If a 7 comes out too early, you've just lot quite a bit of money. If for example a point of 6 is established, then we do 3X odds. Then we add place bets on 5, 8, and 9. That's $36 total. We'd have to hit on our place bets in order to make any profit. If a 7 shows, you'll be losing money. The one thing I do agree with the strategy is, betting 3X on 6 8, 2X on 5 9, and 1X on 4 10. Obviously certain numbers like 6 8 are more likely to show, so we should try to take advantage of that. I personally would follow the strategy on odds, but not risk so much on the table. Since 7 shows up more than any other number, risking too much on the table at one time would just be waiting for disaster to strike.

I like this strategy. There's plenty of 'action' for me, but there's not a ton of money on the table. Sure you'll get wiped out from time to time, which hurts, but you can hit here and there and stay at the table for a while and, just maybe win some $$. I'm a low roller.

@ColorUp
@ColorUp 2 жыл бұрын
The 7 rolls on avg once every 6 rolls according to math probability statistics.
@Charles-cs6ej
@Charles-cs6ej 2 жыл бұрын
@@ColorUp Let me explain a bit further. IF the point is a 5,6,8 or 9 (the numbers that are placed), the probabilities of hitting one of those 4 numbers is 18-36 or 50%. IF the point is 4 or 10, then the probability of hitting a 5, 6, 8, 9, or 4/10 are 21/36 per roll. So when you factor in the reduced odds of hitting a non-7 number that actually PAYS....your odds of getting 3 of THOSE numbers before a 7 out is far less then just getting past 3 rolls.
@ColorUp
@ColorUp 2 жыл бұрын
Every roll is independent, and odds reset. As you mentioned 21/36 combos will be winners. And 6/36 combos will be losers. You have a 6/36 or 1/6 chance to lose on each roll. Same chance on first roll and no greater chance after 20 rolls. Obviously it’s a gambling game, and the object is to overcome those odds.

After the 3 rolls play a lay bet 10 on the four and 10 on the ten That way if the 7 hits the 4 and 10 will lay as insurance to minimize the loss. If a 4 hits it is only 10loss and the 10 lay is still working.. at 7 or 8 rolls the statics are in favor of the 7

Lay bets on the 4 or 10 are $40+1 minimum, they have that since a lot of people get scared betting that much. At least every casino I've ever been to has it that way,. You're better off betting $71 on just one of them if they will permit you to go up to $70 for a $1 vig.

Thanks for the pod-cast information. It seems like a real good site. A random question - what is the average amount that people "buy-in" for assuming a $5 table? I know in the videos you use 10 times the bet amount, so I guess another way to ask the question is what is the average bet amount?
@ColorUp
@ColorUp 6 жыл бұрын
john m If the strategy I’m using is only a $5 pass line, then I would personally bring $50 enough for ten shooters. Not sure there is an average, I see people buy in for $40 and give it a go or $1000. The smaller the amount the early in the session you need to catch some breaks to play longer.

@@ColorUp if you are trying to survive 10 shooters (in general) does that strategy carry forward with higher minimums? The casino near me is all 25$ minimums (I know quite expensive...) And I've been trying to figure out the "math" for picking a good amount to start with. Most 5$ strategies seem to start with around 300$, what is the equivalent amount for 5x the minimum? 5x the starting, so 1500$?
@ColorUp
@ColorUp 6 жыл бұрын
Jonathan Fair I like to do 10x whatever strategy I use. At our local table, if you were just to play the 6/8 for $30 each($60), I would bring $600. If you just want to play the pass with double odds, $75, I would bring $750. So for me it depends on the strategy I want to play and how much I plan to risk per round.

my only bets at the craps table is a $20 bet on the don't pass with a $5 cover on "any 7" on the come out. Then i let the $20 ride on the "dark side" with a continued $5 bet in the field per roll. I am at a 91% walk away with profit with this system. Very easy to follow, the best odds and you get no nonsense, straight payouts and little drama.

My strategy as stupid as it may sound was $5 on Field and $5 on Come + an extra $10 if they hit a point instead of the 7. If my come bet went to a number I would then keep putting $5 on the come until either I win my money back on the # come or the person hits a 7.

Hey guys . Pick a day and battle the 4 & 10s verses the 7 . 6 combinations against 6 combinations buy the 4 & 10 to get 2 for 1 . Takes one hit to catch up to the 7 . I'll usually buy the 4 and 10 for 25$ each . 1 dollar vig on both . Wins you 50$ if one hits .. you'll be surprised how many times the 4 and 10 are rolled verses the 7 . But it's still a 50/50 battle

JIMSZILVA unfortunately if table minimum is $10, each individual bet has to be at least $10 (not a combination) except the center table prop bets...to play this strategy at $10 table you would need to double each bet. Great videos, I have been learning a lot! I have a question about this strategy. Once you hit your 2-3 place bets and turn them off, do you ever turn them back on before the shooter hits the point or do you only ride your pass bet until the point is hit, no matter how many rolls it takes? If you do turn them back on, do you have a rule you follow for when to do it?
@ColorUp
@ColorUp 2 жыл бұрын
I believe his rule is to wait for a new shooter. Obviously you might miss out on some wins, so really up to you. You can turn them back on anytime you want. The 7 is due to roll 1 in every 6 rolls, whether you wait for a new shooter or never turn your bets off.

Mathematically you will lose the least amount of money in the long term yes that is correct. The question is what is the long term? If you go to Vegas for the weekend and lose, if you are playing max odds you will be losing more money. Check out my video on max odds, you may find interesting.
@tpsu129
@tpsu129 5 жыл бұрын
Mathematically, yes. Emotionally, no. You'll ride larger swings in your bankroll for diminishing returns. The house always has the advantage. The more free odds you bet the less advantage. BUT....you're going from a 1% to a .85% to .5% to a .25% to a .09%. Each of these additional bets reduces the house advantage but now you have even more at risk. It's always easier to lose money than to rebuild it.

Field hits +5$ double or triple on the 2 or 12 = +10$ or 15$

Why would you take less than max odds for the best bet on the table?
@ColorUp
@ColorUp 5 жыл бұрын
Max odds does not make your bet more likely to win. When you add odds you are adding to additional money to a bet that you have the disadvantage, And long term it does not effect your "expected loss to the casino" which will always be 1.4% of the pass/come bet. It increases volatility to the game. Having said that, it does lower the combined house edge long term, and if point numbers are being rolled, you will win more money, but that is because you are betting more, even though it is at a 0% house edge.

Have you tried a slow progression on odds as you lose,, I have found if you run into a few PSO then flat betting is very hard to make a come back. Your thoughts on progressing. One guy had a system called BDALT,, he only made 2 come bets at a higher dollar amount, just divide your 3 bets into only 2,, if you got a hit he cut odds in half,, then if it hit a couple more times he would start adding. This is a regression but seems to work if you get one hit, and cut bets in half at that point you cant lose.
