I wonder how common that is. I was playing yugioh ever since i was old enough to read the cards. My parents clearly tried to raise me as a yugioh player because they even got me cards when i was actually 2 years old. I still have those 20 year old sets that i never opened.

Really not necessary. I play a different list with a hero lives. drawing my garnet from maxx c can mess up my combo and having multiple meeks in hand isnt good either. this deck does not play handtraps so maxx c already gets a lot worse. maybe run 1 or 2 copies alongside ash and designator to have more outs to maxx c. or just run ash. with 2 called by and 3 ash you have a 55%/66% (depends on going first/second) chance of drawing atleast 1 copy of those cards to counter maxx c. which is a higher chance than them having maxx c. to me trifs choices make perfect sense. in the end this is an aggressive deck that wins through board presence and not card advantage. 3 lvl 10s plus apo/elf+masquerena makes 95% of players scoop if you can pull it off without getting maxx ced

I mean you can't blame him when konami doesnt unban any of the actually good pendulum cards and doesnt release actually good new ones. With stuff like TearIshizu you could unban every single pend card, remove the Mr5 restriction and it would still lose to tear. But konami doesnt make money of old cards and printing new pendulum cards makes iliterate players confused.

Its problematic since ash is a tuner and messes with mannadiums, with field spell on the field small Visas' gain atk which makes meek unable to summin itself for free

@rovad55 that's true it hasn't messed me up too much but when it does it completely messes up a combo unless you have the right peices like the scareclaw reichphobia field spell. maxx c resolves we just play defensive thanks

Yeah crossout too especially when he's playing very cuttable cards like econ and eclipse, also willfully not playing maxx c is just admitting you aren't trying to win even if you hate the card to its core you can't say your deck is the best when you're not using the literal best card in the game

@@breadknightrg3077 Well, thats debatable, someone like Triff likes boardbrakers, some like handtraps. Some like to stop the opponent or to prevent the opponent from stopping you like with the crossout. But thats debatable. But Ash seems to me like a necessary card for the format itself for a combo deck so thats why I aksed.

I mean this sincerely. Git gud. Anyone can play any deck and do well, provided they draw the cards they need and play them wisely. Know when to hold em, know when to fold em, know when and how to set up your board of negates while playing around other board breaking nonsense.

I'm assuming you get to Barrone with with 2 special summons. Or set whatever defensive spells you drew. I recommend to go second and try to otk. Through max c because you definitely not winning through a board and max c without some luck
