The number one spot was obvious. Spider-Man has been the crown jewel of marvel and he deserves to stay that way. Although the earlier parts of the list surprised me. No Dr. Doom, no Venom, Ghost rider was pretty behind in the list. But I guess it was mostly casual fans that watch the movies who voted

The ghost rider did surprise me but I realized it was a different ghost rider and Jonny blaze was a bit better on the list. Surprised there was no Mr. Fantastic or Black Bolt or beta ray bill tho. I guess movies have a lot of influence

@@opmer4181 You can disagree all you want, doesn’t change the fact that Spider-Man has been marvel’s most popular and marketable character. His sale figures and fan reception speak for itself. There’s a reason why marvel went for his image on Direct edition comics, he is the most recognizable character they have.

The MCU played A huge factor in those votes because before Spider-Man and Wolverine were the most famous Marvel characters and daredevi. Iron man and captain America were tier 3

It is kind like making aqua man and green lantern the first DC movies and they become so popular despite people knowing already that Batman and Superman are the most popular DC characters. That is what I meant. Iron man and captain America weee never as popular as wolverine and Spider-Man but MCU made them rise in ranking since they are still mage lol characters whether it is just MCU or comics

It would go like this: Night thrasher (cause of his design), Bucky Barnes captain America ( I’ve always loved the design of his costume, and he is an interesting pick to replace Steve but the best one), Karnak (cause he’s a badass), iron fist(what’s not to like), And gambit obviously being at the top

Definitely a vote based on people more familiar with the movies than the comic books. I have no doubt that Spider-Man, Wolverine, and Deadpool would make Top 10. But I don't know that comic book fans would choose Ant-Man over Storm or that Carol Danvers would make the Top 50. Still pretty cool though.

@@zaptosx4475 100% Agree. DC has its Justice League Dark, which is by far in a way one of the coolest superhero teams ever. I hope that the Midnight Sons get similar treatment. Brother Voodoo is a character who isn't very well known but I think deserves to be brought into the spotlight

This means that if there is no movie that character does not exist for fans nowadays. Groot being so high is proof of that. Over such great characters as Daredevil, Ghost Rider or some of them that didn't make it in the list, such as Luke Cage. 'Nuff Said, as someone once said.

Knull for creating the symbiotes, being the symbiote God basically, mephisto the lord of hell, also the one that created spirit of venegence, symbjite Supreme cuz it's strange mixed with a symbiote which is crazy awesome and Hyperion cuz he is almost marvel superman but also cuz he was actually a villian before becoming a hero, where as the superman is just a hero which is a boring story. It's like homelander and omni man, superman like abilities but evil, causing death and destruction. It's too common for heroes being so OP, it's better when villian are OP cuz the backstories are a bit more interesting.

So my top favourite heros are voted the best, I mean, it's kinda obvious spider would be on top ( no offense if you don't like him) He has a really good origin, a really good and iconic suit, and a very diverse story, he traveled to space, the multiverse, he,s been through a lot of stuff Also , I can really think of any hero with more villans or more iconic villans

My favorite is iron man, and yeah im influenced by the mcu, but what do yo expect? Iron man in comics is always playing bad roles that don make him justice, the mcu iron man is an outsanding and powerful hero... and the visual fact of his armor is only really amazing in live action.

No villains on the poll males this feel incomplete. When speaking about characters, both sides (heroes and villains) should be ranked together. I'm pretty sure some consistently well-written guys like Magneto or Green Goblin could give any hero a run for their money in this poll.

@@levizackerman2780 that’s irrelevant. It doesn’t say comics only. Marvel has not been just a comic company in decades. They are a brand. So the medium in which u get the know the characters is irrelevant. The list is about popularity. That includes every medium that they are on. So obviously the movies, games, and shows are gonna be more widespread to the point where most of the people that know the higher characters will come from mediums outside the comics. That’s just commons sense. Everyone knows who Superman is. Do u think they all read supes comics? No. He’s apart of pop culture. So more people will just know who he is from everyday life than people who have actually picked up the source material.
