📋 INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes:
• 800 g potatoes (1.76 lbs)
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp oregano
• 2 tbsp olive oil
Spicy chipotle sauce:
• 100 g yogurt (3.5 oz)
• 80 g light mayonnaise (2.8 oz)
• 20 g hot sauce (0.7 oz)
• 20 g honey (0.7 oz)
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
• Garlic powder to taste
• 50 g Chipotle (1.76 oz)
Salad:
• 1/4 cucumber
• 4 tomatoes
• 1 red pepper
• 1 green pepper
• 1 red onion
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• Cumin
• 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
• Black pepper to taste
• Lime juice to taste
Meat:
• 40 g butter (1.4 oz)
• 800 g ground beef (1.76 lbs)
• 20 g tomato paste (0.7 oz)
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp oregano
• 2 handfuls of grated mozzarella cheese
Baking instructions:
• Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 30 to 40 minutes in a convection oven.
