Ingredients:
Yakhni-
Mutton 3kg
Ghee/Oil 3tbs
Water 1.5ltrs
Korma-
Ghee/Oil 2cups
Onion 4large for brown onions
Garlic 3tbs
Ginger 2tbs
Tomato 1/2kg
Green Chilies 4tbs
Yoghurt 1cup
Biryani Masala
Salt 2.5tbs
Red Chili 1.5tbs
Mint Leaves
Brown Onion 1/2 of total
Lemon Slices of 1 lemon
Dried Plum 12pieces
Boiled Meat
Ground Spices-
Cumin 2tbs
Black Pepper Corns 1tbs
Nutmeg 1/2piece
Mace 3tbs
Cinnamon 2small pieces
Whole spices-
Cumin 2tbs
Black Pepper Corns 1tbs
Cardamom 8
Cloves 8
Cinnamon 3small pieces
Star Anise 2flowers
Boiled Rice-
Rice 1.5kg (Soaked after washing)
Water
Bay Leaf 4
Star Anise 3flowers
Salt 10tbs
Dum-
Oil/Ghee 1/4cups Pour on top
Lemon Slices of 1 lemon
Tomato Slices of 1 tomato
Mint Leaves
Brown Onion (Remaining half)
Yellow Food Color mixed in water
