Ginger Garlic Paste= 2 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder= 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder= 1 tsp
Salt= 2 tbsp
Curd= 400 gm
Oil= 1/2 cup
Saffron
Milk
FOR THE TADKA:
Black Cardamom= 2
Cinnamon Stick= 2
Mace Flower= 2
Green Cardamom= 10
Black Pepper= 1/2 tsp
Bay Leaf= 4
Clove= 5
Star Flower= 2
Royal Cumin= 1 tbsp
Onion= 200 gm
Mutton= 2 kg
Cumin Powder= 1 tbsp
Garam Masala= 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder= 2 tbsp
Biryani Masala= 1 tbsp
Green Cardamom Powder= 1 tsp
Julienne Ginger= 2 tbsp
Mint Leaves= 1/2 muthi
Fresh Coriander= 1/2 muthi
Green Chilly= 8
FOR THE RICE BOILLING:

Boss. Beautiful. We do make in our own way but I must try this. However we DO like to fry 1/4 potatoes to dump them in the cooked mutton and then arrange boiled eggs around the dekchi. But that's how we like it. Thanks, will try it now your way. Whilst cooking a glass or two of chilled beer is a must!!
