Stockfish gives e4 as the best move with advantage instantly. Someone hadn't done his homework

Dardha faced this opening with the black pieces and played 12...Nxd5 himself. He probably analyzed that game and improved with this beautiful novelty.

Wow what a fantastic novelty. Black must have been in shock after white declines to recapture the piece. That is the moment you know you have walked right into your opponents prep.

Maybe Nakamura was hoping for something like this in his final game against Gukesh thouogh Gukesh exchanged pawns on d4 first.
