Joe Mantegna clearly has the time of his life voicing Fat Tony! In fact, Mantegna is on record as telling the writers that whenever Fat Tony appears, he'll provide the dialogue, even if it's just a few lines (he showed he meant it when he was in an episode that required him to make nothing but gagging sounds). The show itself scrapped the Fit Tony idea. When Tony is wearing a green shirt, he's the original. When the shirt is red, he's fit Tony. In the later seasons like 30, 31, he wears the green again. And he "died" back in the 25, I think

I was looking for your comment. Just another blasphemy against Christians. They always make us look bad in the media. No Real disciple of Jesus Christ would ever do such a horrible thing. They always make us look like dorks and nerds, major hypocrites, and mentally ill. They obviously hate us with all their might. You will never find a positive role assigned to a Christian on any television show or movie, or even a book, other then The Bible of course.
@majickman3 жыл бұрын
@@servantofthelivinggod6192 It's the Simpsons, almost no one is portrayed as a perfect person. That's like getting upset that South Park made fun of a certain group of people even though they make fun of all groups in that show. Also, I understand hypocrites and mentally ill, but dorks and nerds? What's wrong with dorks and nerds? I don't think you should judge people based on their interests and hobbies as long as they're not hurting anyone.
@jakerockznoodles3 жыл бұрын
@@majickman And its not even true that the media portray all Christians as bad. Quite the opposite. Perhaps it seems that way because there is now more media critical of Christianity and organised religion than there used to be, but there is still vast swathes of media that is not just "not mean" about Christians but that actively preach Christian values. Watch any Christmas movie on the movie channels and you'll struggle to find anything less than good Christian bois. American media in particular often promotes religion to a dogmatic extent, which most other western nations don't. So it sort of tickles me whenever Americans, of all people, accuse their media of containing an overall anti-religious bias (of course individual networks might, but that's the nature of having different networks).
