If you want to try then learn it the right way... don't push yourself too hard, ask for help from people that know what they do and can do, learn how to absorb impacts and the Safety roll before doing other stuff to avoid injuries. I've been doing it since 2016 so i know what i'm talking about

@@oliverpk5704 ok thanks I know there is a parkour class where I live. Should I take that class. I want to learn from a professional parkour team.

@@BWR9459 You can learn the way you want but yeah sure, if there's a PK class nearby i suggest you to go and take a look. I learnt almost all i know by myself and i started outside because i had no money to afford some classes... then if you can afford that you'll do a great favor to yourself trust me 😊 Doing parkour by ourselves can be dangerous because we don't really know the basics so yeah i think you'll enjoy more the process with a professionnal and some people that can support you

@@BWR9459 And don't forget one thing..... Parkour is about moving with your environnement and with your own capacity. This is why you don't have to put pressure on you if you can't do something yet. One quote i heard one day "Go where you can see, and when you'll be there you'll see beyond"
