@@fabianvilela9527 I subscribe to Adam, and I really appreciate his climbing abilities and overall feats, however when I have watched him in conversational videos or interviews, I often find I have trouble relating/connecting with it. In videos, Adam is typically just this extremely accomplished climber, talking about his excruciating movements, training, and mental state. He lets out his frustrations a lot, which is totally fine, but It often lacks the casual nature and general zen I get from a lot of climbing content, such as Magnus'. I wasn't sure these videos would have the same casual fun vibes that I get from this channel. But alas, Magnus always seems to deliver. In no way is this a dig on Adam, or his personality, or anything, more about what I enjoy from these videos - and I was pleasantly surprised with Adams personality and casualness in these. Cool video guys... Adam is amazing. You can really see a climber's personality well here. Magnus has always talked about his explosive climbing, and even contrasted it with Alex Honnold's slow and secure style he believes goes naturally with his free solo experience. You can see Magnus is like a bull on that wall. I'm actually fairly certain he'd figure it out, but it's almost like he has to be broken first. Yeah, Adam has more experience, but you can see he's really feedbacking on the experience. He's so strong to be capable to take such time and balance so precisely...

This was an amazing series with Adam, in my opinion you guys had great chemistry and seemed to make both of you climb better. My dream now is to see the two of you with Pete from Wide Boyz. All three of you together in a video would be incredible. Thanks for the top tier content as always Magnus! Lots of love from Canada.

Adam does smaller moves, relies more on the laybacking position. Magnus applies more vertical pressure on the tiny cement edges, trying to climb more vertically instead of laybacking. Magnus does bigger move therefore horizontal laybacking tension is reduced. It looks like Adam has an easier time applying more surface to the concrete, potentially more flexible ankles, all his foot is on the wall when he needs it. Magnus tries to crimp a little on the concrete edges on the left side when laybacking, he feels more secure that way as he can ''grab'' something, but its hindering the laybacking technique because the force is not as equally distributed than open palm which is the better technique to apply more static and stable opposition force to the feet. Magnus is also laybacking more to the right to feel more secure on the hands (better angle on the arete) but his balance is off that way and he swings left towards the arete slowly when the feet aren't good enough anymore to push against. Adam starts as much left (perpandicular to the wall and arete) as he can in order to avoid left swing while still maintaining the optimal angle to keep good presurre on the hands. He has the correct core tension to make it happen and uses tiny right leg movements to readjust his balance when he starts swinging a bit. Potentially hand size and ape-index matters as well.
