The story I heard, the very first audition. The singer was awful, Randy and Paula tried to let her down easy, Simon was brutally honest. She argued that she'd been getting voice lessons and the instructor said she was great to which Simon said "Then you need to get a lawyer and sue her". Paula and Randy almost walked out. There was also another one, Simon was brutally honest and told her there was something wrong with her voice and to get it checked. Sometime after the audition she went to a doctor. She had throat cancer but they caught it early enough she got treated and lives a full life now. She credits Simon for saving her life.

ian was TALKING! so nu yurk and i LOVE IT! and now baby he is auditioning for BROADWAY! being from new york im sure his experiences have mostly been musical theater

I was trying to say yes cee when I saw you hitting that high not but then I hit my toe because I was getting to excited 🤣🤣

i was shocked the first guy could sing. he came in for his 15 minutes trying to stand out with that bit he was doing so i thought he knew he couldnt sing and wouldnt go through but he is on tune, a bit pitchy in parts but hit a few notes. very karaoke
