i always remember this one summer where i was 9 yrs old and had discovered girls... specifically this one girl... April Skaggs who was related to RIcky Skaggs the singer... she was a neice ? i blieve... but she was my first real holding hands gf... we went to see Gremlins as our first date... and held hands together si tight we had a small river of sweat pouring from our palms ... but neither of us wanted to let go... Good times..

My 7 year old son heard "Everybody wants to rule the world" on/from "Skippity Toilet" show/game and it's his favorite song and since I grew up in the 80s listening to these songs, we're finding that we love all of these songs and we've been listening to them everyday! Thank you for posting! ❤❤❤

As a young teenager I loved tears for fears , it's only as a fifty year old tha I fully appreciate how well crafted their songs where , musically and lyrically they are up there with anything else

This band is so so SO talented. They don't come along often, but when they do, it is beautiful. If I could name one band from the 80's that had an album I would take as one of three choices to a desert island, it would be this one. The other two? I am just an old hippie, probably a Beatles album and some CREAM.....

Exatamente! 70 e 80 as melhores décadas. Talvez a década de sessenta também mereça um destaque no âmbito musical. Mas setenta e oitenta são memoráveis, respectivamente, minha adolescência e juventude das discotecas no final de semana. Não existia celular. Telefone fixo era uma grana preta, numa época muito saudosa!

Yes! As a kid it was like, “Yeah, this is cool” but now it’s like “What is this beautiful madness my ears are hearing? Who are these angelic creatures and how is this music not still making the top 40? Are people today that stupid?” Don’t answer that. Anyway, Tears for Fears was the greatest!

Descubrí este grupo en el 89 cuando estaba en el instituto y la MTV llegó a España. Ahora con 49 me siento muy mayor, pero también me siento afortunada de hacer vivido mi adolescencia en los 80-90 y haber disfrutado de la mejor música: tear for fears, Lisa standfield, Sinead O’Connor, Janet Jackson, level 42, Cindy Lauper, Paula Abdul, whitesnake, Def Leppard, Tracy chapman, the golden era of music 🙌🙌
