If you’re a front foot lander when running, is all the cloudtec propulsion from the heel wasted? And if so, which On Running trainer is best?

No, it’s definitely not wasted. I’d recommend the Cloudmonster Hyper - I’m a forefoot striker too

How stable is the cloud surfer?

It feels pretty stable considering the amount of cushioning. I believe this stability comes from a relatively wide footprint
