💣💣💣 SQUAD! Tennessee's All-Time sack Leader Derek Barnett has been all over the place on mock drafts so far. There has yet to be a consistent spot. I've seen as high as top 5 to middle of the 2nd round. I still view him as a 1st rounder, but I'm not necessarily sure where. What round/team do you think he'll get drafted?

Ravens need OLB. When injured Suggs is your best pass rusher, it's a concern. And I don't see the Ravens drafting OLB in the 2nd or 3rd round. Unless they feel they're getting a steal and players they want at other positions are off the board. These CBs are too good to pass up though and one will definitely be there when the Ravens draft. Ravens drafted OLB Correa in the 2nd round last year. Draft a WR/RS in the 2nd round. One should be there. Draft OL whether it be OT, G, or C with a 3rd round comp pick.

I would love to see Barnett have a breakout season this year. He's entering the prime of his NFL career, and I'd love for him and Josh Sweat to take over for Graham as vets along the line. Very talented pass rusher, just needs to clean up some of the late hits and mental mistakes.

Ravens found a late round gem with OLB Judon last year and drafted Correa in the 2nd round. And the only WRs I would consider are Corey Davis and Ross and I don't see either one there at #16. If the Ravens draft Mike Williams after passing on Michael Thomas in the middle of the 2nd round after trading back twice I'll be pissed. He was my 2nd WR and worth a middle 1st round pick and the Saints got a steal and traded Brandin Cooks, another WR I wanted the Ravens to draft. They got Perriman in the 1st round. Ravens are drafting a CB.

Ravens have drafted RB in the 4th round the last four years. There's a RB I'm locked on and I don't think he'll be there in the 4th round. Draft him in the 3rd. They added Woodhead but he's 32 years old. Terrance West was a nice addition but not the answer. Ravens lost FB Kyle Juszczyk in FA. Kenneth Dixon is suspended the first four games which pushes my man Buck Allen up the depth chart. I wanted to draft Alex Collins. Seahawks got him in the 6th round and released a 2nd round RB Christine Michael. Ravens drafted Ray Rice with a 2nd round pick after five RBs were selected before him in the 1st round and Matt Forte in the 2nd round in 2008. These 4th round RBs aren't cutting it. I would consider Cook or McCaffrey at #16 but too many better players the Ravens need to take a RB that early. Fournette is a no-brainer at #16 but he won't be there. No OL worth a pick that high after drafting a LT at #6 and adding another starter in later rounds. The loss of Wagner isn't as bad as some people might think. Not as bad as losing Osemele the year before.

If he falls to 14 philly will take him. He'd be the best player available and would transform that defense

Guy has good get off and major bend. He's a good football player. He also has really good technical skill with his hands and a passion to get better. Seems like he loves the game and enjoys doing the small things well to be a good football player. I wouldn't be surprised if he plays better out of the gate than Garrett since he is so technically sound. Garrett pretty much won in college with his athleticism. Which was enough to give him a major advantage over lesser prospects, but not enough to give him a major advantage in the SEC. This guy isn't a finished product by any stretch though. He needs to develop a good counter move to his quick first step. Eventually NFL guys will either chop him to the outside or set up wider to eliminate his speed on the edge. He doesn't seem as powerful against linemen when having to go up the middle. 40 times for edge rushers seem rather silly to me. The guy was tops in the three cone. Which means he has good short area burst and quick change of direction. That seems to be a more relevant statistic instead of how fast a D end can run 40 yards. Sometimes I think these drills are too broad and need to be adjusted to the position to get a clearer picture of the prospect. Just my two cents.

You can't compare sacks on a DE and sacks on a DT. Not only that, but these were very different eras and I don't think that sacks are the only metric of what makes a defensive lineman "best." Sorry, but Reggie White is still better. If Barnett becomes one of the best players of all time in the NFL, I might change my mind, but we're comparing a brilliant player to one of the best that's ever played. I just don't think it's a valid comparison. Different positions create different outcomes.
