When I hinge my hip or bend my waist backwards, I feel that my sciatica is pinched and there is a tingling sensation in the whole leg and there is terrible pain. Is this Piriformis simdrome? I have been struggling with this problem for the last 2 years and since last 4 months this problem has increased a lot. I also got the doctor checked but due to the stretches he suggested, the pain has increased further. Please tell me what should I do.
