Ok,the video is nice,but for subwoofer placement,you need to research more and more. Subwoofer placement,on top of a table is perfect for subs which is tuned high,or starts to roll of from 45hz onwards. Here, even if the sub is on top of something, performance remains constant. This consistency varies by placing the sub on different spots acquired through crawling method. And for the subs which starts rolling of from below 40hz frequency range,for example 32,29,20,17...the sub needs to be on the floor in its sweet spot to disperse the pressure of the pronounced frequency in all directions. That is,lows are to be felt,and should be felt in such a way that it impacts from all dimensions. When you place a sub capable of getting this much low on top of something,the bass becomes directional. One can identity,or point out from were the bass is coming when blind tested. So,you have to point out these too.

Personal experience : never put sub woofer on table or higher than your height, it just ruin all bass. Maximum down side = maximum bass

Mere paas LG Xboom hai, Table ke left side pe rakha hai lekin left ear buri tarah dard hone lagta hai. Or ye tab jab mai volume 20-25/40 or base 6-8/10 rakht hun.
