this is the third time ive made it, and WOW you nailed.it. i think i tried every GF cheese sauce on youtube, but yours is the the cats MEOW.i used dates this time cause i was out of raisins and i liked it even better.thank you for all ur hard work and for sharing.i really believe the smoked paprika and the little sweetness is what puts it over the TOP .having said that all the other ones i tried were very good as well.hope u r havin a great day. Tried the cheese dip recipe and it had a sweet flavor from the raisins. I added 1 de-seeded Jalapeno to balance the sweet taste and it also brought out the flavors from other spices. Loved the end result. Thanks!

WOW! I made this tonight and LOVE it! The amount it makes is perfect. I was out of onion powder, which is unusual, so I used garlic and it worked just fine. So much better than using the processed vegan stuff. Thank you, I love your recipes!

Made the cheese sauce and it's so yummy. Best I've ever had!! Thank you. Btw. I used cranberries instead of raisins and it was great. Just the right bit of sweet made this my favorite 😊

I made the bean dip, cheese and crackers tonight. My husband who does not like vegan cheese of any kind said I hit it out of the ballpark. Guess that means he liked it 🤔...thank you kindly..

I love your presentations and recipes Been into vegan/vegetarian for 40 years and vegan for 10 and so I have a lot of practice, yet I still learn a lot from you. I am really fond of soaking nuts whether for eating or using in recipes. I find that soaked overnite makes the dressing more creamy and less gritty, and soaked nuts after a few days take on a kefir quality that I love the tang of. Thanks and I love your hair braid!

I can't wait to try this full recipe, it looks amazing! I already know the cheese sauce is amazing as I have tried that and I'm making it regularly at this point. So far I've made it for vegan chili cheese fries (baked, plain, oil free "fries"... so easy and so good!) and I just wanted to comment on here about how AMAZING this cheese sauce goes with chili!!!!! If you haven't already tried it, I highly recommend it. The only adjustments I make to my own taste is that I like to use more nutritional yeast and I prefer to use 1/4 tsp of himalayan salt instead of Bragg's. This nacho sauce has become a permanent staple for me, I adore it. Thank you so much for perfecting these recipes! I would have never thought to use raisins and things like that... brilliant. Also, I've had some non-vegans try this and they loved it just as much as I do!

GMO corn equals glyphosate which is Roundup so organic corn always

I am sorry for all the questions but I am wondering how long the cheese sauce stay good in the refrigerator. I am going to try the beans and greens tomorrow night and wanted to make some for that recipe. Massaman curry tonight!!!

I would have never thought to use raisins, either. But they go perfectly! It's crazy how much they balance the flavor and add just the right amount of sweetness. I made this and tasted it before the raisins and it's just not complete without them. It does not taste raisin-y at all. I love that instead of using typical things like refined sugar and such, we can relearn how to create food using whole foods and not only does it make things taste amazingly, but it actually makes the recipe healthier!

I put smoked paprika and soy sauce on chips before baking, They burned. I toast my chips first then add toppings. Get a pump oil sprayer. Spray one side of chips. Sprinkle with smoked pap and salt. Much better. Could you sub cashew yogurt for soaked cashews?
