I've been looking at Pork Tenderloin sandwich recipes and you're the only person who actually makes it with tenderloin. Everyone else uses loin chops. I'm a tenderloin fan so great video!!!

Thanks for the compliment. You should give this a try. Even til today this was my favorite thing I've made in all my videos. I thought about seeing how big I could pound a chicken breast out and make a big chicken sandwich.

remember the Irish Point restaurant in Pendleton Indiana? people went there from all over to have this for 60 years. closed in the 90's. car wash now. thanks.. for making me watch you eat that. always wondered how they did it. had lettice tomato mao on it.

These are great sandwiches. The only problem is something big enough to cook them in. I used to make them at a restaurant I worked at and it took up the whole fryer. Thanks for watching.

This tenderloin is hands down my most favorite thing I've made of any of my videos. You are correct there are some massive tenderloins out there at restaurants. A lot of restaurants use pork loin so they can make them big and thick. I like mine thin. It's a preference thing in the pork tenderloin world. Thanks for watching.

Not really mayo lettuce tomatoes are the most popular. I'm sure some probably douse it in some hot sauce. Thanks for watching.

I have never had mayo on my tenderloin and I live in Huntington Indiana home of the tenderloin sandwich and I have ate thousands of them... (maybe not that many, but I never thought to count)... 😎

Thanks for the recipe. This is actually how I remember them in Ohio. I have a question. I've seen other recipes use ground crackers with the flour. Do you think that's more traditional or is regular flour and eggwash good enough?

I prefer the flour and egg wash. They are made both ways. It seems most restaurants use pork loin over the tenderloin because it's bigger and they can make a bigger thicker cut. I prefer the thin tenderloin. This is how I used to make them in the restaurant. I think still to this day this was my favorite cook for a video. Thanks for watching. .

Looks good BUT you have the toppings all wrong!!! All you need is pickles, onion and yellow mustard!!! I grew up eating these all the time in the middle on no where Indiana and honestly I don't know if you can even order it with anything else on it!!! Sometimes I travel home in the summer for the fair and eat at least one of these a day!! I'm gonna have to try making them myself now

I tried this but my tenderloin shrinks, gets real thick, and sometimes turns into a “bowl”. How do I prevent these things from happening? Thanks

I used about 4oz of pork tenderloin and pounded it super thin probley like 1/64 of a inch thin.

You made an amazing looking tenderloin sandwich! But, you're eating technique is all wrong! You have to serve it with a knife so you trim the meat from the bun, then dip those pork tenders in ketchup, or mayo, or hotsauce, whatever you like. Then, after you snacked on the extras you can dig in and chomp on that bun!

I remember these in Ohio they were always served with just pickles on a bun a giant crispy fritter big as a plate and yes we tore excess off and dipped it in mustard. I'm gonna have to make my own. We don't have them in Alabama and I don't know why these people fry every thing as it is .
