Eagle 367 Hello friend. If you look into it, you will find that Deadpool is technically in the marvel universe, in the same universe as X-Men, but Fox owns the rights to that part of the marvel universe I.e. the exclusivity of the use of the word "Mutant" which explains why the word "Mutant" has never been uttered In any of the movies in the the Avengers or Guardians of the galaxy movies. 😀☺️
