I remember I build a cod zombies inspired 2d top down zombie shooter game with teleports, pick ups, options to enable movement aim or mouse aim, it even had varying missions which would create an extraction mission and finally a helicopter extraction animation, all in scratch, all in my spare time before school and at lunch when I was 12-13. Now I can’t even remember where to download it

GML/Javascript here. Prob got this in my feed cause I've been trying do some stuff in scratch for my nephew. It's fun. There are quite a few limitations and missing pieces like return and for loops. Also global functions. I find myself having to do alot of work around to get similar results with simpler code. Though sometimes the opposite is true. Generally, scratch isn't superior as a language, but the people who make 3d games with pen bruh. Yeah pretty impressive.
