Honestly something like that just takes reps. Need to be thinking about it at all times when you throw to break the habit

Lower body work and core work. For him I prefer body weight stuff or light weight. But essentially the same things as this video. Would focus heavily on form

It’s like a combo of both. You have a predetermined plan, but if the DB takes it away or changes his coverage then you have to react. Which is why it’s important to train both
