Honestly something like that just takes reps. Need to be thinking about it at all times when you throw to break the habit

Same man. He really helped me. Have been struggling with throwing for so long and nothing seems to work. But I found this man and I have been progressing really well.

Would say 8x going through all of them per set. And then maybe 3-4 sets

What kind of exercises do you recommend for a 10 year old QB? He is working in the weight room with the 7th graders but want to ensure we are doing it right

Lower body work and core work. For him I prefer body weight stuff or light weight. But essentially the same things as this video. Would focus heavily on form

Is it better to predetermine how you’re going to run your route rather than freestyling it using instincts?

It’s like a combo of both. You have a predetermined plan, but if the DB takes it away or changes his coverage then you have to react. Which is why it’s important to train both
