Try and catch it more with your fingers and not your palms which requires grip strength so focus on catching it with your fingers and looking it in and do grip strength things in the gym

Would u have any advice for my style of qb? I’m kinda like an arm slot guy who’s fast and runs a lot of designed runs plays but I could do with better spiral, and sometimes I wheel out too often so how would u say I could improve on that?

Coach can you try making some running back videos please. This is my second year playing football I went from an o-line to a running back. I’m already 2nd best in the league and I feel like I have a lot more potential so it would be really helpful if u could make more running back vids.

Great knowledge. Well explained

The idea with each of these moves is to get the DB to open his hips in the wrong direction. Once that happens, he's cooked, save a select few that have the necessary skill and speed to recover.

These are some of the harder releases I had to deal with as a player. Stay patience and trust your speed. Watch film see what they go to during what alignments. I would say give him a release inside or outside depending on where your help is. stabbing to force them there while moving your feet. These releases all have one thing in common they trying to move you or freeze you.... force them to declare and you get advantage. #DBlifer

lol the first route he ran was nothing like the example 😂. Dudes move consisteed of him hop skipping on one leg before his break 😂. I’m dead lol. As a DB as soon as I felt him about to hop on one leg real quick I’m checkin the shit outta him lol. If he doesn’t fall then I’ll settle for having completely wrecked the timing. The actual college kids route was mad sick tho. Like a hesi while keeping his steps then breaking
