Obviously tretinoin is the gold standard of anti aging however you can’t just buy tretinoin and start using it unless you want terrible acne & peeling. You have to first get your skin used to a form of vitamin A from the gentlest to the strongest. This video is beginner friendly retinols. Hope it helps 🤍
