In this Video/lecture we discussed the best roti for diabetic Persons having low glycemic load and index, having low glycemic load and index means less sugar spikes and well maintained glucose level, it also means low calorie roti.
We formulate this roti using different flours which have very low glycemic index and glycemic load, these flour yet nutritious and tasty as well with full of good things and no bad things like junk calories.
It is the misery of Diabetic person to eat the normal roti which other family members eat but now they have the knowledge and choice to select for their betterment that which flour roti they choose and mix the flour of these items which we discussed in the video to make their own one.
The so called diabetic atta of big brands are just a eye wash, they have the high glycemic index and load, because they are made of different millets which itself have high GI and GL although they have fibre but not for diabetics but rather for dieting purposes.
Choose the flours of the items discussed in the video and see the magic and see how sugar maintenance becomes easy.

sir upon further checking GL of wholewheat kernel is 26.8 atta is between 46 to55 depending how fine is flour. please do correct it as that will raise blood sugar way to high

I already mention the same GI of wheat flour, and why I add wheat flour because of Palatable issues and taste issues people don't accept non wheat based flour but gradually they replace wheat flour with coconut powder.

according to diabexy GL of wheat flour is 49 and besan flour is 23. if we calculate GL for roti with wheat flour besan flour soy flour and almond flour total GL for 100 gms is much higher than 9. am i mistaken please correct me if i m

Gl is approx in the 9 range because we are using choker(fibre) based flour not fine flour and besan sattu not pure besan, even one can grind roasted chana(Chana murmura) again it has high fibre, so GL come into the approx range.

Khapli wheat is far much better than regular wheat and low glycemic index comparatively,

Is Javar roti better than wheat Roti? I started using because my understanding is it's gluten free. Pls advise if this understanding is correct?

Jitne bhi millets hote hain unka fibre content high hota hai and glycemic index less wheat ke comparison same with jowar, but the roti i suggest has very low GI and GL. Jowar flour main gluten nahin hota, it's Gluten free

Rice has a high Glycemic Index compared than wheat so technically rice makes more spikes.

Sir the cost of making roti of this flour is far less than taking costly diabetes medicines and Insulin when sugar levels become very high, besides this roti is nutritious and tasty too, most of the diabetic persons takes two roti in their each meal and in total 6 a day this hardly takes 250 gm or 300 gm of this flour daily. So far a much better option for controlling one's high sugar levels.

Gheu ki roti ka glycemic index 50-60 hai jo kafi high hai, is roti la taste bahut accha hai, believe me

Ji Bilkul, this roti has Glycemic index of 9 as compared to Wheat roti which has 50-55 glycemic index

250 gram Gehu, 250 gram soyabeen, 250 gram chana dal, 125 gram badam, 125 gram acrod sab mix karke ata banake 2 din roti khaya mera pet kharab ho gaya fir mene band kiya

Aap besan ki jagah Chane ka sattu replace karein and dry fruit main peanut, almond and walnut teeno ko mix karein, dekhiye gradually ise normal roti ke saath replace karein tabhi aapka Gut(intestines) set hongi because digestion main microbes/gut microflora ka kafi bada role hota hai.

You can't take more than 100 GL for better sugar control. Under 100 is far best

Ullu ke patthe dry fruit kaun kha sakta hai. Aadmi pet bhar Dall roti kha nahi pata tu dry fruit ki roti bata raha

तरवींदर जी एकदम सही बात कह रहे हैं. डायबिटीज़ के दर्दी का इन्सुलिन,दवाएँ, डॉक्टर की। फ़ीस एक माह का क़रीब पाँच से सात हज़ार रुपये ख़र्च होता है फिर भी कोई फ़ायदा नहीं होता, और किडनी, आँखें,पैरों, हार्टअेटेक, स्ट्रोक के ख़तरे बने रहते इससे तो बहुत सस्ता इलाज है । अपने स्वास्थ्य के लिए खर्च नहीं करोगे तो जल्द ही पीड़ादायक मौत मिलेगी । चुनाव आप को करना है ।
