Brother this is saving my scapula. I have winged scapula from a deadlift injury and have been 80% for 2 years. This is bulletproofing my scapula. Thankyou so much. Love and respect 🙏 ❤

Brilliant video! The last few weeks I was actually taking various shoulder/ back exercises from your other videos and putting them together in a home work out for me. But I wasn’t quite happy with my result and struggled to figure out which ones would be complimentary. This video put an end to my misery. Thank you!🙏

@@SaturnoMovement Thanks for the answer, sorry that i have onother question, i watched your video with training methods and i like the 2 sessions per day. Can i train handstand push up for skill training for 20 sets (like 4xmax hspu 8x1 hspu ecc 5x8-12 m. press and 3x 8-12 elevated pike pu, and still train pushing strentgh in the second session like (4x ring dips 4x pseudo pl push ups 4x ring push ups?0 thanks for your time gabo

That is one cool hair do! Workout is excellent also, as I do many of these exercises and they really work. If you skip this, you will get shoulder injuries.

Nobody should underestimate the basics. Upper body is heavily used in calisthenics and scapula is key part of that even though it does not look that great in a mirror :) great tips and nice and quick workout. Thank you And thank you for the giveaway, yaaaay :) much appreciated 🙏

I tend to get a lot of "knots" and tightness around my scapula (especially the inner side closer to the spine) so i think this will be very helpful to me 🙏🏾

This is great, especially for my winged escapula problem. But how can i adapt it to my regular push-pull-legs routine if i dont have too much time because of work?? Gracias, saludos desde Lima-Peru!

I would do this exercise as complimentary work. Doing it on rings will help with the scapula winging!
