Which one did you pick? I’m thinking about buying the 256gb version but I don’t know if it’s supported on the mini 2 since it’s not listed on DJI mini 2 specs

@@lorenzo1479 If you are smart you do not buy so big card, its better if you buy smaller card, because if you get a flyaway and you lose your drone, you will also , I guess lose a lot of videos and photos that you have make before this last flight, so its better to many smaller cards like 32 GB or 64GB and if you get a flyaway you will not lose so much... plus it also happen that a card stop working and then you will also lost a of data in a big 256 GB card....

Hi thanks for your video and taking all the work out of picking a card. Also thanks for your past videos. I instantly noticed the improved picture quality in your new camera very sharp colourful with great defination . To be hyper critical felt your sound had ever such a little echo and slightly dull tone to it but it was perfactly acceptible and did not pose any issues. Thanks again and stay safe.

ive been using a cheapo card that came with my old 3d printer from 5 years back. it stops once in a while but has been recording fine. i think im going to upgrade to a 6 buck 64gb micro center card. Thanks for good info though. I watched 5 videos of people telling you to just go buy an expensive san disk without much explaination.

I use 32GB cards. I have a couple of those and change them when I replace the battery. This way, when something bad happens to my drone, I still have all the footage from previous flights. And 30GB is the maximum amount of data you can write in one flight.

So I have a Sandisk extreme UHS3 V30 in my Mini 2 and today the message came up that said SD card speed low so idk if I'm supposed to format it again but its been fine for a few days but I notice this drone is sensitive more than my Spark.

Do I need to format the memory card before using it in drone if it’s new card ? U should make a future video for all this . I guess it will be a good information. Ive been using Qumox micro/tf sd cards in my mini for ages...... £5.99 for 64gb 2 for £10 sometimes, dont think you'll find cheaper!

I have gone through every sd card in the house (we only have 3) 2 just wouldn't show up at all then the last 64mb card worked but after recording 1 20 second video and 2 images I tried to video another flight and for 3 seconds in recorded, then it stopped after giving me a low speed warning so i give up, i am going to buy a DJI recommended one

i bought the same card and my Mini 2does not record 4K well (jerky even at 25fps recording).. although it does have the required No3 in the U symbol/box, the specs say it only writes up to 90mbs.. it handles everything below that though.. I need a faster card.. I think the Pro version is exactly 100mbs.. id like to go over that speed as it is on the edge of ok,

hands up, confess time.. I was blaming the card (in my comment above) for the jerky recording when all the time the recording is perfect (from the mini 2) it is the playback on my PC that was deficient! I played the exact same footage on my 'lesser' laptop which uses the Intel CPU graphics function and played the same footage perfectly. I upgraded my PC graphics card to a used Nvidia 760 4Gb DDR5 and it plays the same 4K file perfectly as well. apologies for sounding of with a lack of knowledge.

hi, it says that the sandisk extreme pro has a write speed of up to 90mbps but doesn't it need a write speed of at least 100mbps since the camera records at 100mbps

Yes if the drone is about 250g and both can be done online. You need to register the drone and pass a simple test. This might chance after new year
