🎥 Day 1: Anthony Bourdain Food Tour - • $115 BISON TOMAHAWK!! ...
🔔 SUBSCRIBE: bit.ly/MarkWiensSubscribe Don’t miss new food videos!
On Day 1 of this Anthony Bourdain food tour in New Jersey, we started off with hot dogs at Hiram’s, then drove to Long Beach Island, and finished our day in Atlantic City at the Knife and Fork Inn. If you haven’t seen Day 1, you can watch it here: • $115 BISON TOMAHAWK!! ...
Day 2 - Now Day 2, we spent the night in Atlantic City, although we had to wake up and drive to Asbury Park, then back to Atlantic City for more food and a tour of the boardwalk.
Frank's Deli & Restaurant (goo.gl/maps/rWmVQRtz1SCc7Vp36) Total price - $36.52 - So again, became of restaurant timing, we had to backtrack on this restaurant during the tour - but it was worth it. This legendary sandwich restaurant is a Jersey staple, and it was so friendly. The classic sub was delicious.
Tony's Baltimore Grill (g.page/TBGAC?share) Total price - $32.52 - We then drove straight back to Atlantic City and to Tony's Baltimore Grill - what Anthony Bourdain called a taste of his childhood - spaghetti and meatballs and pizza. It was one of those places that had a real nostalgia to it, and the food as well - brings back the memories. I thought the food was great, and the restaurant has so much character.
James Salt Water Taffy (goo.gl/maps/ZN9buPWY4F1aVTdS7) - Next up we walked around the Atlantic City boardwalk on the coast. It’s a place that’s always full of energy and interesting people, plus amusement parks, rides, and beaches. It was interesting to walk around and also read about the history. Along the boardwalk we tried out James Salt Water Taffy.
Dock's Oyster House (goo.gl/maps/MMDfXBFTjRXPm6zw9) - Total price - $117.29 - Finally to end Day 2 of this Anthony Bourdain food tour of New Jersey we headed to the legendary Dock's Oyster House, one of the most renowned seafood restaurants in New Jersey. Again this is a heritage restaurant in Atlantic City dating back to 1897 with so much character. They have a lively oyster bar, and a great menu of seafood. I headed into the kitchen and met with Chef Stephan who had an incredible personality and showed some of the dishes with me. We then had a full cold seafood tray including local oysters, and finally had an incredible fish dish - one of the better fish dishes I’ve had in a long time.
It was an amazing day exploring the unique city of ups and downs in Atlantic City!
Stay tuned for Day 3 of this Anthony Bourdain food tour.
Day 1: • $115 BISON TOMAHAWK!! ...

Maybe Chef Stephan has a child who he missed so much at home or elsewhere. I dont know his story just an assumption, but i want to know his story. There's something in him towards children ❤️. As an old saying goes "You cannot give or do what you do not have". He goes towards Mark's table not to impress Mark but for Micah. And even showed the live lobster to the kid. 😭❤️ He was playful and loving to him.

Oh no I just saw the pastrami sandwich/ lots of sauerkraut too ,my favorite! Lol I need to find a good deli tomorrow to get one. Lol👍 Peace from California

Pretty cool to hear your positive comments about some of the places in my hometown of AC! (Especially since I watched your videos on where to go in Bangkok to plan my trip a few years ago. Makes me feel like AC is part of the "international places to go.") The historical summary and mention of the sea and hope is also appreciated.

Docks looked great. And that shellfish tower is very reasonably priced. I'm glad that Mica got his own kids portion of the flounder. When I was his age I also liked fish more than meat. He's getting so big. It's nice to watch him grow up. What a wonderful life he has. You are good parents.

This was obviously a reaction when Chef Stephan is told that the guy who is in his way in the kitchen has over 9 million KZfaq subscribers. I have no problem with a man doing his job and taking pride in his work, I also have no problem when he realizes who he was shooing out of his workplace is and trying to smooth things over. The food looks amazing and I think the whole video of Docks was perfect. Thank you Mr. Wiens for giving an artist his space and appreciating his work.
