This is the best cleaning hack you will ever come across when it comes to cleaning a shower screen. Is this satisfying or disgusting ???? With no harsh chemicals or scrubbing required, this is by far the best cleaning hack you need to know. Most cleaning products claim to easily clean the built up soap scum, grime, hard water stains and what ever other dirty materials are on the glass shower screen. Through experience and im sure most will agree that the majority of products are either harsh chemicals or require significant elbow grease to remove just a little bit of the mess. This is the fastest, safest and easiest way i have found to clean it in seconds through the use of a utility blade, razor blade or scraper blade which ever you prefer to call it. I just tried this on my friends shower. Both window panes had the same amount of soap scum. The first window pane I pre-soaked with water only and used water as a lubricant and the razor blade as shown. The second window pane I pre-soaked it with a vinegar/water solution before using vinegar/water and the razor blade to finish it off. The second was definitely easier to scrape. Actually, the hardest part of this is getting people to let you use a razor blade on their shower glass. Cheers Bill! Great video!

I love cleaning the bathroom in particular the shower screen because it is so easy with white vinegar, dish soap, sponge and a squeegee

I would love to know how you'll clean the grout on those tiles. Perhaps another video down the track? I did try your way after your other video. I wasn't successful. But I have a feeling that this is due to the fact that I sprayed insect spray on the glass years ago. Whatever I try since then hasn't worked. I've given up. It looks dirty, but I know it's not and that's all that matters. I'm glad I found your channel. Thank you!

That is the BEST HACK i have ever seen. I have bought a 3 CHEMICAL process from LOWE's that does this and i used a DRILL with a SCRATCH PAD and it flew everywhere. I like this better

also had success with 50% vinegar and 50% detergent. allow to stand for a few minutes then lightly scrub with non scratch pad and hose off. works great.

Tip. If you use liquid soap /body wash you'll avoid soap scum altogether.

Does it remove hard water stains? I guess the vinegar solution would go some way to softening the calcium buildup.

You can also buy a great Calcium dissolver from Enjo. You dont use much so one bottle will outlast most of us.

Good hack. But all anyone needs to do to stop the shower screen getting that dirty is to keep a small rubber bladed window thing-a-m-bob (same as you use at a garage to clean the soapy water off your car windscreen) in the shower. When you finish having a shower you simply squeegee the water off the screen - takes all of 5 seconds. Then every month or so you only need to give the screen a light clean.

Her in UK 'Cif Power & Shine Bathroom Cleaner Spray' or 'Tesco Limescale Remove Trigger' spray work a treat along with a used green pan scourer gently used on glass or tiles (but not plastic baths).

or even better: 50% vinegar and 30% strong dishwasher and 20% water. Spray it on. Wait for at least 20 minutes, then shower it off with water. no scraping necessary.. i sometimes use an old toothbrush on hard spots, but it comes off really easy with no scrubbing.

I also found that using petrol cleans bacteria from shower screens. Just make sure your wife isn't using the shower like mine was, as she wasn't to impressed
