Adhuri jankari jyada hanikarak. Kuch amino acids kam hote h missing nahi. Like least found amino acid is methylamine i.e. 84%. So itna bhi kam ni h jitna nutrition industry chilla chilla kr batati h.

It is true, but eggs can be a great source, looking at our needs. Also, daals are imported from other countries due to high demands. Looking at our country, eggs should be good for non vegetarian people. And let vegetarian people eat daals at cheap rate, due to decreased demand from non vegetarians. Smart idea?

Whey is source of milk. And its fastest digesting protein. Most high quality source. Yoga guru is now not anymore guru. Now he is more knowledge than studies scientists and nutritionists.

Please don't mislead your followers sir, i respect you so much but protein in legumes are not complete that's why it has to be mixed with other sources like rice or roti to complete its amino profile and make complete protein. And also its bioavailability will be really less.

Bruh i follow plant based diet and anyone like me have to go further for preparation of their vegan meals if they love animals! 😊 So yeah, it’s hard to prepare in comparison to non veg diet but it’s good for nature ♥️

daal Carbohydrate ka source h aur us mein Protein boht kam h. Aur daal mein jo protein h uska absorbtion rate around 70% h aur egg whites ka 98% yani daal se jo thoda boht protein milega body us mein se sirf 70-72% hi absorb karegi. Aur agar hum low carb diet pr h to daal se protein poora karne k chakkar mein carbs boht badh jayenge

kaunsi dal me 100g me 70/80% protein milta hai..? Agar milta to whey protein ki jagah sab usi dal ka powder na bana dete.. Whey protein and other protein can't be compared.. Cz powder protein contains the max percentage of protein.. Only problem is, whey protein is sold too expensive.. Everyone should have a some amount of whey protein in a day and for that the protein should be cheaper...

Whey protein can be separated from the casein in milk or formed as a by-product of cheese making. It is better to eat legumes and milk and milk product.
