Guys, these people mostly cook their steaks medium rare or even rare to sometimes blue. They know what they're doing, they just decided for some reason to cook this well done. God knows why but yeah...

You really seem to love that caramell taste. Not gonna lie, the Caramell of Balsamico on steak made my mouth water! I thought the steak was overcooked at first too, but it wasnt, the sauce made it just right IMO. Keep doing what you do!

Most people that are writing in a negative manner about this type of cooking, have not the faintest idea what cooking is all about, as you can see no weight and measure are given, just ingredients, so is up to you to use your common sense and know how, go ahead with the task. pomfret and pommes frites - It does say that but maybe they just haven't updated their location properly in the description, they speak in Serbian in some videos and other places like Facebook and usually promote Serbian recipes. Doesn't necessarily mean that they aren't filming in a different country but the scenery is perfectly fitting for many parts of the Balkans.

TwistedDRIFT ~ I had to learn to live with it, I’m a rare to medium rare gal while my husband is 12 steps past well done. Every time we eat at a restaurant and he has steak, the waitperson will come back and ask “Since you want your steak extremely well done, is it okay if the cook butterflies it so it will cook faster”...of course he says yes. He eats all meat very well done, oddly, except for bacon, which he prefers not quite crispy, just a few steps from limp.

@@angelforanimals7809 Personally I prefer medium cause it gives me a good baseline on the chef. some like to cook it slightly rare, some like to cook it slightly well. being that im not that picky, it doesn't bother me all that much. seasoning is much more important to me. I keep the A1 sauce at the ready because i never send the plate back. if the seasoning is great, i enjoy the steak as it was prepared. if the seasoning is meh, i have A1 to eat the steak anyway.

Chrono Mitsurugi ~ I’ve never been able to get into steak sauce for whatever reason. At this point, I pretty much know which restaurants will cook a steak to which degree. I know how to order it so it will be done to my own liking. I guess that’s one of the perks of getting old lol I’ve been around long enough to know how the restaurants I frequent will cook my meals! ✌️

I’m not sure who the chef is nor the location,I’m thinking Europe and a trained chef in Western Europe now at home.? What’s obvious is an experience and intelligence and creativity,in cooking not only with the ingredients (trained chef) but with the development of use of fire and coals,(maybe grandmas age old village technique..?)I don’t know ,I can only guess whilst I’m salivating. Obviously a well thought out business model ,considering the approach ,marketing and theatre. Absolutely enlightening! I recently returned home to South Africa and was privileged to eat various meats cooked on the open fire using open flames and coals in varying degrees.Absolute heaven! These videos take this experience to another level! Michelin stars and basic cooking awards surely await!

Thanks for the wonderful videos. I am going to try and get one of these cooking irons and try this. By the way, these are called 'Pie Irons', in the USA. And my take on the steak is that protected by the 'Iron' it will cook more slowly and be more tender and juicy. Yum yum.
