Fun and fabulous ice cream sandwiches on the menu.Today I made two batches of cookies. One being homemade oatmeal Scotchies which is a delightful oatmeal cookie with butterscotch morsels. Brings me back to my childhood. The second cookie is a classic sugar cookie, premade sold at any grocery store. I used two different flavors of ice cream ( watch to find out what I used). I coated the edges of ice cream with various candy sprinkles. I made a large batch so I was able to serve at a couple summer picnics. I hope you enjoy this video.
