Hello everyone, in this video I share our family's recipe for making sausage and peppers. Because I add tomato sauce to the sausage and peppers I use a hearty sub roll. I think you and your guest will love this dish at your next summer cook out or get together. I used the following ingredients.
*1 pkg of Italian hot link sausage
*2 pkg of Italian sweet sausage
*10 assorted peppers
* 1 1/4 sweet onion
* 2 jars of tomato sauce
* 2 tsp of minced garlic
* 2 to 3 tsp salt
* cracked black pepper to taste.
* bolillo sub rolls
