Uh, Roy was 6'4 and about 200 lbs, whereas Jim was 6'3 and 190 lbs. That's one inch and ten pounds difference. To be three times smaller than Roy, Jim would have to be 2'1.3" tall and weight 86 lbs.

In 2008, Krasinski was working in Leatherheads, for which he has his hair cut. With the help of a specialist, he made his own wig for season 3. This was made in secret, as showrunner Greg Daniels was against Krasinski having his hair cut. Daniels told John that a wig was the kinda thing you couldn’t fake while he was already wearing it. Krasinski took it off in front of him and said ‘Really? I don’t think you would’.
