the COOLEST thing about the office talking head according to jenna and angela: when the characters do their talking head inside the room with a window with the view of the outside, that means they have a future "outside of the office", like when Jim left the office for Athlead. And Pam would only sits in front of the window when Jim was with her. you can see this at 6:38 Kevin sits in a room with the view of the interior, but Jim sits in front of a window showing the outside. Gave me goose bumps, amazing writing!!1

Everyone's talking head is back facing the office, while Jim's is back facing the window. According to the office ladies podcast they wanted to show that he had aspirations outside Dunder Mifflin while everyone else were either complacent or their dreams had died. In Stanford Jim was back facing the office, signifying his dreams died while he transferred there. I noticed Pam and Michael also had back facing the window talking heads, and their futures indeed laid beyond Dunder Mifflin.

Just finished season 9 today. It was difficult pass through season 8 with R. California and Nellie and they ruining Andy. But after focusing in the major characters like Jim, Pam and Dwight, it just improved the level of the series in 1000%.

You have to manually close the top of a George Foreman grill so either that’s not a real burn(which is likely since he’a not bleeding at all and is just a scar)or it happened less recently than he is letting on
