Aapne itna detail mei bataya uske liye thank you. Muje khana banae wala part or jyada dekhna tha. Ki kitna chipak raha hai lid mei. Dal galta hai properly ki nahi.

Ye batao aap agar iski rubber ya koi issue aata hai to teek kaha hoga koi service centre vgrah ka kya jese handle kharab ho gya to teek kaha hoga

You can place the order on their website www.bergnerhome.in for gaskets, handles, safety valves, etc. Ya Aap apne nearby cookware store jahan par cooker ki repairing ki jai hai ko contact kar sakte hai. Vo bhi arrange kar dete hai. Usually, aise koi jarurat to nahi padti hai kyonki cooker ki quality bahut acchi hai. Thanks for writing back.
