I haven't seen any authorised service center in Chennai. Once I had problem of whistle not coming properly, I contacted Bergner. That chap was asking only one thing, where is your bill. A friend of mine had purchased it for me when I wasn't using Amazon App. No response from Bergner. Please mention if you have faced any problems

pls post how to fix it when pressure leaks from the red button kind of thing

I am using Bergner 1.5 litre cooker from 2020. The red button like thing, has two rubber gaskets. I have opened this unit. Saw that inside rubber was damaged. But then I was fortunate to get the spare valve for 250 or so rupees. When the rubber gets cut, the water escapes/leaks from handle area. You need to specify if the pressure was leaking from the red button?

Hello Ma'am.Safety valve kis metal ka bana hai? Old cookers se lead melt ho kar khane mein mix ho jat hai.

Marking will disappear after sometime. मार्किंग कुछ समय बाद मिट जाएगा .
