Ingredients
Oil - 2 tbl spoon
Cinnamon stick
Cloves - 5
Cardamom - 1
Kalpasi
Bay leaf
Onion - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbl spoon
Tomato - half
Carrot - 1
Potato - 1
Fresh green peas
Beans - 5 to 7
Coconut - 5 to 6 tbl spoon
Mint leaves
Green chilli - 3 to 5
Cashews
Poppy seeds (kasakasa) - 1 teaspoon
Fennel seeds - ¾ teaspoon
Coriander leaves
Salt

By far the best cooking channel in terms of presentation - crisp and clear, as opposed to some of the channels that take 10-15 minutes even for the simple chutney recipe. I thoroughly enjoy watching your videos. Keep up the good work.

Thank you for this quick and simple recipe. I just made a slight change. Roasted the grinded paste seperately in butter and then added it to the cooked vegetables. (No Onion Garlic as well) it turned out great and got over within minutes.
