I always found lasagna very intimidating to make but it actually is not that difficult! You just have to take a few steps to make the different layers and the goodness that is within the noodles and voila! You have yourself a super fancy and delicious looking feast. Raccoon food is cultural a lot have people have grown up eating it. What do you expect, going vegan isn’t easy for everyone

Raccoon well no access is a big thing and let’s be real not everything tastes as good or takes a while to get used to so people marking that change quickly can be difficult. Your morals are not the same as everyone’s either and for ppl to acquire them they are changing their own culture, which is going to be easier for some then others. I’m a vegan and I live in a rural village in England at the moment access is a massive thing. Bc of the current world situation we only go shopping once every two weeks and top up from the corner shop, they have absolutely nothing, no dairy free milks, no beans (although if I’m lucky there might be some baked beans). Even B12 supplements are hard to come buy when they do and the last place I’d buy anything at the minute is from amazon. If I can’t get access of B12 supplements soon then I’d probably start eating eggs. Health comes first. And the fact people can get these and afford some of these is a luxury in its self to day otherwise paints the vegan community in a bad light.

Raccoon try living in a village less then 10,000 with the nearest large supermarket a 20 min drive or a 30 min bus ride and once your there anything that has vegan on the packaging is marked up in price just bc it says vegan.

This is one of my regular go to dinners. For anyone who freezes, I assembled all of the ingredients (without cooking the pasta) and then threw the lasagna in the freezer. Then we I get home, I pull it out and let it cook. It's amazing.

I made this recently and it was delicious! Instead of seitan as a filler, I used sautéed mushrooms, spinach and vegan meat crumbles simmered in taco seasoning. My ricotta was too crumbly so I added veggie broth to get your consistency. So good! Thank you 😀

Literally my thoughts. I was watching various videos to see which would be best and this is by far the easiest I have found and I have 90% of the ingredients here already! Totally Christmas dinner with garlic rolls.

I love lasagne, pasta in general for that matter, with passion! When I was still vegetarian my mum use to made me an absolutely lush lasagne with ricotta cheese and spinach, and now I know how to veganise it, thanks Rose 😍

Made this for my onmi fiancé yesterday and it turned out amaaaazing! Also added in a veggie ground I made from TVP. He was SHOOK to find out it wasn't a "normal" lasagna haha! That tofu ricotta is so convincing. Only downside is he ate it all pretty much so now I need to make another one lol. Thanks Rose!!!

I made this for dinner yesterday and it was a hit, soooo yummy omg. My husband couldn’t stop eating it. I haven’t been able to have lasagna for years having a severe dairy allergy. I kade this recipie last week and it was DELICIOUS. I was skeptical about the ricotta but it was sooo good. I used canned marinara instead, and used beyond meat beef 😋

I just made this ricotta to make lasagna tonight I wanted these flavors to marinade. I had to add water because the tofu I had wasn’t in water and turned into a crumble lol I’ll share on IG the final product! Thanks for the easy recipes!

I made the vegan lasagna! One tip I would boil the noodles for 15min before putting it in the oven. Other than that this was great! First time making it and Trying vegan lasagna and I loved it!

I just made this tonight, really good recipe. I added in spinach and mushrooms and used some Gardein crumbles. You definitely need a good amount of sauce, some of my noodles were a little crispy, but still really good!

I make basic lasagna I just substitute the meat and cheese for Vegan cheese. Meat: gardein meatless crumble Cheese: daiya mozzarella style shreds ( best vegan cheese, Melts like real cheese) and I add whatever else I want like mushrooms or spinach. And I cook it 400 f for 45 min or untill you feel it’s ready
