With due regards and respect to all, I find this format of food analysis as most authentic & helpful for prospective genuine customers. Often the critiques in most of these Food Vlogs lacks in depth knowledge of food, leaving aside other sophistication, which necessarily doesn't help any serious viewer other than soar timepass! May be like any other media verticals, this one too, is in its nascent stage of evolution and we have to live with it, till become fairly matured & stabilizes!

Indeed good researched food thali but little injustice considering rich and unique bengali pure veg variety...some misses are : Basanti pelav, Dhokar Dalna ( Gram flour diamond cuts in coconut base curry, radha ballavi - stuffed bengali kachauri , luchi & chlar daal with coconut pieces , potoler dolma, stuffed aloo dum, echor kofta - green jackfruit, shukto - bitter curry, bhaja mug dal - fried mungdal soup with seasonal veg, jhuri aloo bhaja - extreme fine potato finger with peanuts & curry leaves, lauki kofta, chanar kaliya , postor bora - poppy seeds patty, jhinge - aloo posto , nolen gur payasam...ihe sab nehi khaya to bengali royal veg kya khaya...the one shown are very ordinary dishes..

Meri farmaiyish hui poori. ITC Chola chennai mai bhi royal Vega hai. Its headed by Chef Ajit Bangera. The menu changes every 3 months (when earth changes, season changes and so is the produce) They also make a special roti, which is pinched exactly 108 times. That is the level of precision.

I think u should try The Umed Palace Bhawan in Jodhpur...Its the India's 1st largest property converted into a Hotel Nad restaurant....nd the food is really delicious...i visited there nd dinner almost costs 10000... it's a bit expensive 😂
