Thank u for this helpful video. If patient have localised pain is it reversible? As i know there's receptors in periapical tissues rather than tooth it self which localize pain (i forgot receptors name), so i think it'll be irreversible. Please correct me if it's wrong i wanna know thw answer.

Hey, localised pain doesn’t alway mean something specific by itself and its always about building the bigger picture by putting things together but if its localised in such a way that when you are tapping it and it hurts but the adjacent teeth are fine, this does point towards there being periapical pathology. If there is periapical pathology that always means that the pulp is irreversibly inflamed at least if not necrosed already. I hope that helps.

I feel taking the dental history with the history of the complaint is more appropriate as they are interrelated, what do you think of this?

There's nothing wrong with doing it that way. The best order is the one your most comfortable with and that flows best for you 👌
