First mobile game I actually want to spend money on because I can appreciate all the effort put into it from the developers it seems they actually cared. As it does seem like you care also. I was stressing earlier but your voice managed to calm me down. Half these tips I personally didnt even need but you just seem so calm it was a pleasure watching this video.

A fast way to search cards based on rarity is to use the filter on the bottom left. The filter on the bottom right is used for abilities.

I've been playing this game since the beta, about four months now, and I agree with everything you've said, and made the same mistakes as you early on! Hahah. Really great video. If anyone is struggling to complete the "Win a location with one card " missions, in my experience, if you're winning a location with one card, and then Retreat, it counts. So you could literally play a single card, and assuming your opponent doesn't play in the same location, Retreat and get credit for the mission.

@@robbiecgaming hmmm... I don't think so. I don't currently have that exact mission, but I did just complete "Win a Location with 10 or less power" by retreating early, which is a similar mission, I feel. Though I fully admit, I stand to be corrected.

When you first start an account, you'll have to progress through the recruit season pass first (it ends with Blue Marvel as the level 20 prize) and then you'll see the current season pass from then on. This season (October 2022) is Symbiote Invasion with Miles Morales. The purchase option is in the Season pass menu which is the bottom right button on the main/home screen!

Great intro video, wish I'd watched it sooner! Sorry but I don't like the idea of your collection deck 12:50 as that's gonna lose a lot given it's not been created to have synergies. I found it easier to play with a deck I regularly win with, swapping out a single card for one with a grey border. I agree with you that the game tends to give upgrades for the lowest quality card, so I could generally upgrade each of them within 2 or 3 games, and barely dented my success rates.

Here I am, 8 days into the game and I bought every lowcost upgrade in the shop... If I only would have watched this earlier! Well, know I'm wiser and won't do it again! But one question: If I understand the matchmaking correctly than it matches you only against people from your pool, right? So would it be wise if I'm reaching collector rank 214 ( to stay there for some time, collecting boosters and cubes from wins before I continue to upgrade cards so that I will instantly get a couple of cards from the new pool?

I guess to climb in the Collection part of the game you gotta stop worrying about the competitive part, play with other cards and get boosters for them even if they're bad and you lose.

This video is outdated. The best way to spend your gold now is in bundles. Not all of them, but the ones that give collector's tokens and credits.This requires you to save a huge amount of gold first, because the ones that are worth it cost 6000-7500 gold.

How does the Iron Heart ability trigger 256 times at the end of the video?

So it looks like mystique copied the ongoing effect from onslaught, which doubles ongoing effects. Onslaught is hardcoded not to infinitely loop with itself when there are two of them, but it seems that mystique copying his ability bypasses that. Wong has an ongoing effect to double on reveal effects, which is also doubled a theoretically infinite number of times. The game puts a hard limit of some kind on the amount of on reveal effects possible, which appears to be in this instance 256. ... This is a guess.

Don't spend your gold. At this moment the game is very free to play so you don't need to use your resources. Nobody knows how much future cards and sets will cost so you better keep your resources

This game is addictive! Today I got to around collection level 95. But, I have a question ... I seemed to have reached a point where I've run out of gray cards to upgrade and have been now working on upgrading green cards in order to bump my collection level up to unlock more grays (which I upgrade and then need to upgrade more greens). Is this how the progression seems to advance? I.E., I will eventually be upgrading blues more often than gray/green because I'll reach another plateau? Anyway.. Great video. I wish I saw it before converting 400 gold to credits. I should have refreshed missions! Oh well, I'm sure it won't matter a ton in the grand scheme of things.

The 400 gold to credits is the second most efficient use of gold, so still a solid use and the difference is minimal credits. But yes eventually he will be upgrading higher quality cards more often than not.

After frame breaks, the value of a credit to level is the same no matter what level you are upgrading. 50 credits per collection level. So I’d suggest from there upgrading the cards you like and enjoy playing with! If you’re just looking to climb fast on the collection track, upgrade any card whenever you can!

Does buying a variant allows you to upgrade it from level 0 all over again and help you unlocking collection levels and find a use for all those boosters without spending thousands of credits?

That is correct! Variant is just another version of the card, the reason being they want you to be able to play with the cards you want and still be able to progress of the collection level without forcing you to play other cards

Howdy Copyrino! I think we answered this in the live stream yesterday, but for people seeing this later. Each chapter of the Season Pass contains about 10 season pass levels of experience, so if you’ve got the time to finish the missions, aka more than a week. I’d always suggest buying the pass!

Depends on if the featured location is New or not. New ones typically last 48 hours and other featured locations last 24 hours!

After that point your credit value is the same! 50 credits per CL level. So you can from there just work to upgrade the cards you like and want to play!

Does the 5000 credit cap just mean you cant get anymore credits before you spend, or does the game force you to spend some? Im working on an account that doesnt upgrade any cards of the base variant and i will hit the cap. If its just a cap its fine. If it forces me to upgrade a card, my account will be bricked.

@@LostHope84 Main purpose is to have rare cards. Everyone upgrades the base cards, so the rarest cards are base versions of the base cards. But i also find the challenge fun of figureing out how to progress with the restriction. I do upgrade variants. So the most valuable resource for me is varians, while credits are plentyful, which gives a very different experience.
