First time playing a sorcerer in a Dark Souls game is like playing a completely different game. I basically cannot beat a Souls Like without doing a run as a mage now.

I can see how it might be interpreted this way, but in game I'm pretty sure Aldritch had dreams of the Deap Sea, not the Abyss. I belive there is a different between the two. There are clear differences given between the Dark (Abyss) and the Deep
