The “pillows” while yes it can be a pillow those are actually stress relief knots for kids or adults that have severe anxiety and extremely helpful for doctor appointments or car rides….you can pull the knot “strings” or get your hands or arms intwined in the knot to help with anxiety and yes they are really cool…my son has had one for a couple years and always gets compliments everywhere he takes it :) it also holds onto scent really well so you can spray it with stress relief aromatherapy spray

I was going to say the same. I occasionally work at a tjx sister store, those pillows sold out as soon as they came in. I'd let people know they're therapy for many.

Spencer, and Katie: I hope you check the prices online at Sam’s Club or Walmart or Target before buying at Costco. Paper goods are always safe because you can buy in bulk. Bottled Water is cheaper elsewhere. That grille set they sell at Sam’s Club and Walmart.
