Odin was also "cool" enough to magically turn Beta back into his usual humanoid form, when ever he lets go of the hammer for a certain time and change back to warrior android, when he has to fight and touches the hammer.

The thing I don't understand is Bill was as strong as Thor in his regular form, yet was granted his own hammer and "Thor powers". Shouldn't he have been much stronger after that?

I’d say that bill was as strong as Thor when Thor wasn’t wielding mjolnir But when he got stormbreaker he became Thor’s equal even with mjolnir

Bill's first encounter with Odin was perfect. he mistakes Odin for a demon and throws Mjolnir at Odin believing Mjolnir will destroy him. Odin calmly says "Perhaps and perhaps not". then Odin says "Come Mjolnir! Strike not your creator nor return to this false master!" and effortlessly catches Mjolnir. priceless!

Stormbreaker* If you noticed both Stormbreakers are both hammer and axe, on one side you can smash & bash, and on the other hack & slash. That said, Odin Borson commissioned Eitri the Dwarf King to forge the original Stormbreaker (hammer) for Beta Ray Bill. When Eitri finished, Odin gave Stormbreaker the same enchantment as Mjolnir.

but Thor still more powerfull than bill. Bill is basiclly an alien get power and become god. well Thor is a god since the beggining. BIll without strombreaker isnt a god. Thor without mjolnir still a god actually it doesnt matter with mjolnir or without it because mjolnir never increase thor power just help him to focus his power
