Will to power is real, whether based on higher inclinations or lower order impulses I'd say. Problem is the two get convoluted maybe, in the struggle to manifest as actions and outcomes. So approach of just "sticking to the so-called facts" is quite naive and simplistic if you ask me. Doing away with the messy details of perception, programing and other less tangible states. (note how the one, - perception/fluid. is an attempt to resolve the quality of the other - programing/fixed). Like a coiling snake around a stiff rod,, or is it a flexible tongue around a hardened sword. Neither able to be anything other than what they are. But both in place to realize one another. Is this why tolerance is key? Can expect more and more liars and offenders in the years to come maybe. LOL
