In this video we are playing catch up as we start to finally get some slurry out after 2 months of constant rain, but we've an agitator to fix first!
Also learning to use the Gypsy Technology GPS System as we go but still thinking of them rabbits off course 😉

Thanks everyone for the well wishes, always very grateful and will let herself see them later. We have decided to skip this years ploughing unfortunately but we will have a couple of special guests coming to help us on the farm on Friday 😉. Don't worry about social media responses. You are busy parenting, farming, caring for parents so it's fortunate that you even have time to video, edit and post. As always, do what's most important. I watch a channel that has comments turned off-no time or desire to deal with opinions and random comments...people who need to be acknowledged. Your sharing is excellent. Thank you. Feel for you mate, sometimes life just gets hold and doesn't let up. I lost my grandmother on the day my boy was due to be born in august, life can be really hard to juggle at times. Take your time, keep those who are important close, and frankly youtube isn't important, not right now. You probably know that, but it always helps to be told it.

Sorry to hear your mother is poorly can very difficult when your flat out with work and need to be at home with a loved one. I have a heap of trouble with family going on and when that good weather come it was great but the work load was mad because im sure a lot of farmers no that there was jobs that could only be done while weather was favourable. Hope you mother keeps better and your father as this will be very tough on him. Your blessd having a strong wife and great girls around you

Your animals are doing so well because you take very good care of them! That‘s why. I know, something can happen all the time. But you, as a good farmer, always have an eye on them and you always react when something goes wrong with your animals. It‘s a 24 hours job. Most people don‘t realize how much work, effort and knowledge goes into such a farm. People should respect farmers in general much more! Hope your mother gets better soon. Fingers crossed!🇳🇱

Docks are a gift that never stop giving, especially when you are in a system using silage and slurry. The seeds go through cows digestive system undamaged and as soon as you spread them back on to the land in your slurry they are off to races and the cycle starts again. 😊

Thought I'd watch you as I follow Ian and Richard and know they are coming to The Ploughing. Also saw some "LiveStreams" from The Ploughing with Politicians. Thought things are bad in the UK but seem worse in Eire. No doubt there will be interesting conversations coming up. One thing is for sure Farming is hard work everywhere. Hope your parents health improves.

Good video and work done. Im not going to the ploughing championships this year. I'ts a 1 hour our more drive down the road from me. Um from Templemore to tipperary. I'm bissey cows down on after grass tomorrow. A man in wite van ran into me 2 weeks ago and wrote my jeep of. He crossed the wite line. I didn't go ploughing in 2018 19 22 a.nd this year. I'm to bissy milking for neighbours and friends

It's when your tyres go square, that's when you need to worry. 🤗 Really hope your Mum comes out of hospital soon, my wife was in hospital for a month earlier this year. I don't run a farm and no longer have to do the school run because my kids are I there 30's and the hospital is 5 minutes walk from where we live, but it still takes it out of you, emotionally and physically. Hopefully your Dad is ok, hope he's not to lonely, oh don't forget to speak to your wife and let her know how your feeling. 👍

It's funny how my abbey mixer was doing the same thing throwing slurry up that tube but my bearing was away where you connect pto from tractor. The dry week you had was mighty farming community got such a lift and an awfull lot of work red up.

My husband was in the Kilkenny hospital for 3 days while we on vacation. It's definitely a different healthcare system between the USA and Irish systems. And you are very right, the Irish hospitality was wonderful.
