Congratulations on the milestone. But I wouldn't be that surprised with how fast this channel grew. Given the very well thought out videos and it's great composition, giving off that warm lounge feeling. As for my current favourite, it's the Yume and A4000. The former for when I just want to drown myself in beautiful vocals, and the latter for when I just want my feet tapping along the beat.

The cable termination swap is a very interesting feature to have on the FD3 PRO, given that this is usually only available on IEMs that cost at least $300.

Which one of those you have would you recommend? I have the Blon 03 and I don't like them, to bloated, lots of bass but poor quality bass, I prefer much cleaner sound and punchy, tight and clean base, should I go for the Tin T4?

First, congratulations on the thousand subscribers! I'm signing up to help you, I loved the comparison between the IEMS! So, for female vocals, would you recommend the FD3 or the FH3? I love Aurora Aksnes. Have you ever heard anything from her? I have her as a reference. If you can listen to "Aurora - Animal (Live at The Current)", available here on KZfaq, I would appreciate it. I already have Aria (which is identical to Starfield), but I miss that energy you mentioned. I want an IEM that could "punch" more on bass, but that also had better mids and highs for female vocals. In that sense you just compared the FD3 to Starfield... Thanks!

Congrats on the 1k milestone! I upgraded fh3 to blessing 2 dusk per your recommendation and is my favorite so far. But that fh3 bass is very addictive. I'd like to see how Fd3 fares vs ikko oh10 for a bass cannon comparison.

I made the same upgrade after chatting it out a bit with Timmy. Dusk is solid all rounder and laid back. Fh3 is a little more stimulating and actually a great stage iem for musicians but timbre isn't as good as dusk

Hi, Can you suggest me a good IEM's for hiby r6 2020 version, I paired them with tri l4, the sound is tinny, no bass, shouty vocals. I tried with fiio fh1, sony xb55ap, it sounded better, but not as good as in fiio x5lll, all three IEM's sounded great with fiio x5lll. I even paired r6 2020 with ifi hip DAC, but only slight improvement. It sounded excellent with fiio x5lll +hip DAC combo. Please help me out. Thanks

Hey Timmy! Great stuff as usual... I noticed that you don't seem to mention the specifications of the IEMs you review and just provide your opinions (usually in regards to female vocals :)). I like and appreciate this slightly different approach from other reviewers but I'm just curious if this was intentional or not. Some may find the info (even if briefly mentionned) helpful, although it's clearly easily found at the click of a button. Thanks and keep em coming! All the best...

Favourite iems as of currently are the er2xrs. I don't think anything under 300 dollars are beating these so I'm chilling for a while until I inevitably want to upgrade.

You're good with the ER2XR, it's very good especially if you can deal with the fit. Hard to beat under $300, I agree!

Hi bro What about comparison with FD5? I saw the picture of it on your insta page. I have the FD5 and even though FD5 is doing some things very right, the upper mid range is just not my cup of tea, i find it very recessed. And by your comments FD3 has the same problem. Just found graphs of both, yes they are tuned basically the same. Shame, Fiio had a chance to do something different with FD3 here. Saw a Fiio M11 plus unbox video, and looking forward to your comments about synergy with your favorite iems. I have one as well. My current best IEMs are Thieaudio Monarch, and Fearless S8F, and atm I'm really satisfied with the performance of these. Currently not wanting to spend 2k for an actual upgrade, but your description of VX makes me wonder... Cheers

The Gizaudio instagram page is shared with a few reviewers and personally I don't post on there so it's the other guys post. I don't own the FD5 unfortunately so I can't make that comparison. M11 Plus I might review very soon or might just mention it in a video with other sources that I own instead. Monarch is fantastic! This is amazing choice S8F is also very good, I own the S8Pro personally and love it! The VX is very different signature to those two and for me the ultimate endgame, but be warn it's not a bassy IEM so if you are looking for a bassy end game set, VX is not it, VX is a detail monster. For bass head endgame I recommend 64 Audio U12T :)

My favourite iem that I currently have might probably the Tin T2, love its neutral tuning, minus the midrange I just find it too recessed. Pretty much my benchmark for all of the iems I've tested, plus it builds like a tank! Reminds me of the AKG K3003 XD. Congratulations on your 1k subscription, love seeing new reviewers grow!

Monarch is a very good end game IEM. if you want to you can save up for that and call it done. In the long term it saves you a lot of money from exploring around.

I don't know much about tinnitus so I can't help with that unfortunately. Between the starfield, fh3, and er2 I prefer the Starfield for it's natural tuning and great imaging, fh3 has wide stage so if you like wide stage go with fh3. 1More Quad Drive is just alright, not very impressive.

You gotta turn down your volume my guy. I have the zsn pros and they're extremely loud on average. When using my phone I don't go above the first few notches of volume and they're never really above 20 percent on my computer. I got tinnitus a while back and I've had luck keeping it in check by just having the volume way down whenever I'm listening to something or playing games. I bought these earrasor earplugs and whenever I feel it acting up when I'm out and about in public they help a whole a lot especially if you're around loud shit all the time too.

@@Gizaudio not really lol when I play same music mainly woman vocals that has nice instrument play, the hana 2021 is clean but bass lacks a bit taking away the full body of the song, the blessing 2 sounded clean nice mids and the bass was nice but not over bearing, the ikko to me it wasn't the bass but the mids was alive and the bass is noticeable but doesn't clash with the mids and the highs blended in nicely so overall the ikko wins me..but since hana is the new one , I take that one out more for now.

You may want to check out the Tripowin MELE because its tuning takes direct aim to improve on the sound of the BLON 03 . . .

@@Gizaudio 9.5. Because I head some quality in iems that costs 4 times that price. Even the reviewer bad guy good audio, one of the best audio channels on you tube for me. He placed the mangird in 2nd place after the ea mark 2 and they separated by 2.000 dollars difference

I have both of them and I can 100% say that MK2 is much better than Mangird Tea. I think his ranking list is price dependent as well so Mangird being s-tier might mean that it's s-tier for the price not over all.

I've recently upgraded from FH3 to FH5s, because I wasn't happy with the bass. This is why I was interested to see if FD3 are worth a try. FH5s also have different overall profile, which I'm still getting used to. Before FiiOs, my favourites were KZ ASX, which have good range, lots of detail and powerful bass, produced by absolutely the largest BA driver I've ever seen. Where KZ lags is in the tuning department. It never feels well balanced, which is ironic since ASX model has 10 BA drivers per earpiece. That's just my subjective experience though, so results may vary.

If you want a true bass cannon I do suggest IKKO OH10, that one will have bass to satisfy your every bass needs lol. Yeah, I've found that it's not about the number of drivers, it's how they are tuned. Sony IER-Z1R for example only have 3 drivers but are AMAZINGLY tuned and one of the best IEM I've tried personally.

@@Gizaudio Thank you for suggestion. For now I feel very happy with FH5s. Also, I've already spent too much on IEMs, but I'll definitely check IKKO OH10 as the next buy, when that time comes.
