I can't stop making this potato recipe! Crispy, easy to make and very delicious! Only a few ingredients! If you guys love potato this recipe is definitely for you! Super crispy and delicious! These are the most flavorful crispy potatoes you'll ever make and it taste like French fries 🤤 but much healthier! INGREDIENTS:
2 lb /1 kg mini potatoes
Olive oil
Parmesan
Season with salt and pepper
Chives (optional)
DIPPING SAUCE: (optional but very recommended)
2 tbsp Sour cream
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Chives
Pinch of salt
